Online Orders

When shopping online, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout once your delivery address has been entered.

Delivery Timeframes
Décor Items

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Please allow 7–14 working days for delivery, depending on your location.

All décor products are carefully wrapped and packaged to prevent damage during transit.

If your order has not been received within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us so that we can assist in tracking your order.

Furniture Orders

Due to the size and handling requirements of furniture pieces, standard shipping options do not apply to furniture purchases.

Furniture deliveries will require a custom delivery quotation.

Responsibility for Goods in Transit

Melua Interiors remains responsible for your order while it is in transit.

Should any item arrive damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the matter promptly.

In-Store Purchases

If you purchase items directly from a Melua Interiors showroom, one of our sales consultants will provide you with a delivery quotation to your specified address.

International Orders

Access Guidelines for Furniture Deliveries

To ensure a smooth delivery process, customers are responsible for confirming that furniture items will fit through doorways, staircases, hallways, and into the intended space.

We are happy to provide product measurements to assist you with this.

If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, a cancellation or redelivery fee may apply.

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access for delivery teams.
